Kevin Gosden

On the 14th September 2007 Kevin’s son Andrew went missing. He was last seen leaving Kings Cross station in London. In 2021 Kevin was informed of the arrest of two men for kidnapping and sex trafficking, in connection with Andrews disappearance. As of today no charges have been bought against them.

In 2021 I began to work with Missing People UK to document some of the families that have experience of a long term missing person. During my time documenting these families I have found that there is a real need for change in the way that missing people are dealt with by the authorities. We have all heard of the County Lines drug problem, but did you know that if your child went missing in Staffordshire, the chances that the Metropolitan police would be informed are nearly nil, There are no images on milk cartons, no sustained media interest, you are in all sense of the words ‘Those left Behind’.
